Mymoodandme combines physical movement, nourishment, mindfulness, CBT, positive psychology, one to one sessions and interactive webinars. Scientific research identifies that when you incorporate these elements into your daily routine your mood can significantly improve. It is a step by step journey to a better you.

2Cubed worked with Richard and the Mymoodandme team to create an excellent weekly programme which helps you improve your mood, as well as creating one-to-one video calling and seminar options to further expand the options offered by Mymoodandme.
