Halo Tiles & Bathrooms is one of Ireland’s leading tile and bathroom suppliers, with over 50 years of experience and a nationwide presence. As part of the Armatile Group, they needed a complete digital overhaul to better reflect their premium product offering and make it easier for both trade and retail customers to browse, explore, and enquire.

2Cubed was selected to deliver a modern, high-performing website that would showcase their extensive catalogue of tiles, bathroom ware, and accessories while streamlining both the user journey and internal processes.

What We Delivered

Modern UX/UI Design Aligned with the Brand

We crafted a sleek, responsive design with a clean aesthetic to reflect Halo’s premium market position. The homepage and key landing pages were reimagined to highlight promotions, product categories, and interior inspiration—placing product discovery and visual appeal at the forefront.

eCommerce Development with Enquiry Workflow

The site was built on WordPress with a custom WooCommerce setup that supports enquiry-led eCommerce. This allows users to browse the full product catalogue, add items to a quote list, and submit customised enquiries—ideal for high-consideration purchases like tiles and bathroom suites.

Dynamic Product Filtering & Search

With a vast catalogue across tiles, bathroom furniture, and accessories, the user journey needed to be fast and intuitive. We implemented advanced filtering options by size, colour, material, and use-case, along with predictive search, to help customers find what they need quickly.

Product & Content Strategy

Our team worked closely with Halo to streamline their product data and restructure the content across categories and collections. The goal was to highlight best-sellers and ranges while simplifying admin-side product management and stock updates.

Trade Account Features

Halo supports both retail and trade customers. We built in features that allow trade customers to easily browse commercial-grade products, download spec sheets, and make bulk enquiries—without compromising the retail experience.

On-Site SEO & Technical Performance

From the ground up, the website was built with SEO in mind. This included schema implementation, SEO-friendly URL structures, optimised metadata, lazy loading, image compression, and performance enhancements to meet Core Web Vitals. The site is fully integrated with Google Search Console and analytics tools for ongoing measurement.

Mobile & Tablet Experience

Knowing that a large portion of customers browse on mobile, we placed a strong focus on mobile UX—ensuring the product discovery process remains easy and fast on all screen sizes.

Ongoing Maintenance & Support

The site is fully supported by our maintenance team with regular updates, managed backups, performance monitoring, and access to priority support via ticketing and phone. Hosting is optimised for speed and security on a managed WordPress platform.
