Non-Accessible Content

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, we are aware of some areas where the website does not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards:

Known issues include:

  • Poor colour contrast on text and buttons (e.g. lighter greys on white backgrounds)
  • Limited keyboard navigation, including submenu access and search field focusability
  • Missing “Skip to main content” link
  • Inaccessible PDFs without semantic tagging
  • Form fields without proper labels (e.g. contact forms)
  • Dynamic content such as carousels not fully announced to screen readers
  • CAPTCHA currently in use does not provide accessible alternatives

A full accessibility audit was conducted on 15 November 2025, and a remediation plan is being implemented to address these issues.
