The Grow Digital Grant – Successor to the Trading Online Voucher
For years, the Trading Online Voucher (TOV) scheme run by Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) helped small Irish businesses take their first steps online. It offered up to €2,500 in matched funding to support eCommerce websites, online payment systems, and digital upgrades. The scheme proved invaluable, especially during the Covid-19 years when having an online presence became essential.
From 2025 onwards, the TOV has been replaced by the new Grow Digital Grant. This updated programme reflects the evolving needs of Irish SMEs, offering broader support to help businesses scale, digitise, and stay competitive in a fast-changing digital landscape.
