Bespoke Website Design

Website Design and Development Services in Wexford

At 2Cubed, we design and develop websites for Wexford businesses that need more than an attractive homepage. We consider how visitors will find the website, what information they need, how they will move between pages and what will encourage them to enquire, call, book or buy. Your website should make it easy for potential customers to understand your business, trust your company and take the next step.

Depending on your requirements, we can provide:

Business Website Design

A business website should explain your offer and give visitors a clear route to contact you. We plan the page structure and bespoke layouts around your services, brand and content.

Client Project in Wexford

Wexford eCommerce Web Design Project: JJ Devereux

Project Background

JJ Devereux supplies office furniture, stationery and packaging to business and retail customers. The project called for an online store that could support both audiences and exchange stock and pricing information with the company’s ERP system.

The Goal

They needed a website that was quick to load, simple to use, and directly linked to their ERP so prices and stock were always up to date, especially for bulk-buying customers.

What We Did

We worked closely with the team at JJ Devereux to design and develop a custom WordPress and WooCommerce site, built specifically for their needs. Key to the project was integrating their ERP software, allowing the website to exchange information directly with their internal systems for live stock and pricing data.

We also focused on user experience:

  • Clean design, mobile-first layout
  • Easy-to-use product filtering and search
  • A checkout that works just as well for large B2B orders as for smaller retail ones

Ongoing Support

Since launch, we’ve continued to maintain the site making regular updates, running security checks, and ensuring everything performs as it should.

The Results

  • Time saved: No more manual stock or price updates
  • Increased sales: More customers buying online both locally in Wexford and across Ireland
  • Better user experience: Faster browsing, clearer product info, easier ordering
  • Scalable growth: The site is built to grow with the business

  3. Development and content – build the approved designs and agreed functionality, then populate the website.
  4. Testing and review – check functionality, mobile layouts and the agreed accessibility and performance requirements.

Typical Timeline

Website Delivery Timelines for Wexford Businesses

Knowing when your new website will be ready helps you organise content, coordinate marketing and prepare your team for launch. At 2Cubed, we set out a delivery schedule based on what your business needs, from a bespoke WordPress website to a headless CMS build or a custom software platform.

Our team in New Ross works with businesses throughout Wexford, guiding each project through planning, design, development and testing. The following timelines provide an initial guide:

Project Type Indicative Timeline Key Considerations
WordPress Business Website 6–10 weeks Page count, bespoke layouts, content preparation and design approval.
Larger WordPress or eCommerce Website 10–16 weeks Content or product migration, payment setup, advanced features and integrations.
Headless CMS Website 12–20 weeks Content modelling, custom frontend development and connections to other systems.
Custom Software or Web Application 16–24+ weeks Bespoke workflows, user accounts, reporting, external integrations and testing.

The technology alone does not determine the timeframe. A smaller headless CMS website may be quicker to deliver than a WordPress build with extensive functionality. We review the full scope before agreeing project milestones and a target launch date.

Allowing Time for Every Stage

Your project starts with discovery and a clear website structure, followed by bespoke designs presented in Figma. Development begins once the designs are approved.

Before launch, we allow time for content population, responsive testing, accessibility and performance checks, and your team’s final review. CMS training helps you feel confident updating the website once it goes live.

Keeping Your Project Moving

Having content, imagery and feedback ready at the agreed stages helps maintain momentum. We explain what we need from your team and when, so you can plan approvals alongside your day-to-day work.

For larger platforms, a phased approach can bring the core website or essential features live first, with further functionality delivered through an agreed schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cost of a website depends on what your business needs. Factors such as the number of pages, custom design requirements, eCommerce functionality, content, third-party integrations and bespoke development can all affect the overall cost.

After an initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, cost and expected timeline. We also identify any ongoing costs, such as hosting, maintenance or software licences, so you know what to expect before the project begins.

And you’ll never be left in the dark you’ll have full input and approval throughout the process, from wireframes to final launch.

If you’re after a professional, one-of-a-kind website that reflects your business and helps it grow, we’d love to chat.

The timeframe depends on the size and complexity of the project. A straightforward business website will generally take less time to complete than an eCommerce website or a custom platform requiring integrations and bespoke functionality.

At the beginning of the project, we agree the key stages and provide an expected timeline. Having content, photography and feedback available when required also helps keep the project on schedule.

Yes. Our websites are designed around the individual business rather than applying the same template to every project.

We consider your brand, customers, content, required functionality and business objectives before deciding how the website should look and work. Our Wexford team can manage the complete project from planning and design through to development, testing, launch and ongoing support.

We build websites with search visibility in mind. Depending on the project, this can include a logical page structure, descriptive headings, internal linking, mobile usability, image optimisation, redirects and appropriate technical SEO settings.

A new website alone cannot guarantee a particular Google ranking. Competitive search visibility often requires ongoing work involving content, technical SEO, authority and optimisation after launch. We also provide ongoing SEO services for businesses that require additional support.

Yes. Where a content management system such as WordPress is used, we configure the website so your team can manage agreed areas of content without needing development knowledge.

Depending on the website, this may include editing text and images, publishing news or blog posts, adding products and updating existing pages. We can also provide training and ongoing support if you would prefer our team to manage updates for you.

Our Wexford office is located in Woodbine Business Park, New Ross, County Wexford.

We work with businesses and organisations throughout the county, including New Ross, Wexford Town, Gorey, Enniscorthy, Rosslare and surrounding areas. Clients can meet our team in person in New Ross or arrange consultations by phone or video call.
