About Instaspace Modular
Instaspace Modular Website Design & Development
A refreshed website showcasing Instaspace Modular’s expertise, project portfolio and building solutions.
2Cubed designed and developed the new Instaspace Modular website, which launched on 9 October 2026. The project combined a new visual design, revised navigation, clearer service information and enhanced enquiry functionality to support Instaspace’s wider marketing strategy.
Working closely with the Instaspace team, we brought together existing content, new photography and updated messaging to create a website that better represents the business and provides a foundation for continued development.
The Brief
Instaspace Modular wanted to refresh its online presence to reflect its evolving product portfolio and communicate its capabilities more effectively.
The website needed to help prospective customers explore its building solutions, find information relevant to their sector and view examples of completed projects. It also needed to support greater consistency between the website and Instaspace’s social media, case studies, exhibition materials and other marketing communications.
Our role was to translate these business priorities into a cohesive website through design, development and a collaborative delivery process.
What We Delivered
Website Design and User Experience
Our design team developed a refreshed visual approach and consistent design language across the website.
The work brought together page layouts, typography, imagery and content hierarchy to give Instaspace’s services and projects a clearer presentation. The updated user experience helps visitors explore the business, understand its offering and access relevant information.
Revised Navigation and Website Structure
We restructured the navigation to provide clear routes into Instaspace’s building solutions, target sectors, case studies and company information.
Visitors can explore the website by solution or by sector, accommodating different starting points in the enquiry journey. The structure includes permanent modular buildings, temporary and relocatable buildings, bespoke modular design and turnkey project delivery, alongside dedicated sector pages.
Service and Sector Presentation
We created page structures that give Instaspace space to explain its products, services and approach to project delivery.
Dedicated sector pages help visitors find information relevant to their requirements, while the service pages communicate the range of solutions available. This gives the business a more organised way to present a broad offering without overloading individual pages.
Project Photography and Case Studies
The website brings project photography and case studies into prominent positions, helping visitors explore practical examples of Instaspace’s work.
Featured case studies are accessible from the homepage, with a dedicated section for browsing further projects. This gives the company’s completed work a stronger role in the customer journey.
Existing Content and New Material
We incorporated relevant material from the previous website alongside new photography and written content supplied by Instaspace.
This preserved the value of the content developed by the client’s team while presenting it within the new design and structure. Close collaboration helped bring the company’s technical knowledge and project experience into the website.
News and Social Media Connections
We added a dedicated News section to support ongoing company updates and connected the website with Instaspace’s social media channels.
The refreshed design also provides a reference point for maintaining consistency across the company’s wider marketing materials.
Enhanced Enquiry Functionality
We developed an updated enquiry form to support incoming customer enquiries, directing submissions to Instaspace’s dedicated enquiries email address.
The form also provides a way for visitors to indicate how they found the website, giving the team additional context when reviewing enquiries.
Content Management and Handover
The website includes a content management system that enables Instaspace’s team to manage ongoing content updates.
CMS training formed part of the planned handover, helping colleagues publish news and update information as the business develops.
Collaboration and Delivery
The project brought together Instaspace’s business knowledge, content and photography with 2Cubed’s design and programming expertise.
We worked closely with the client throughout the project, responding to feedback and coordinating the work within the agreed timeline and budget. The result is a website that supports both the company’s public presentation and its day-to-day marketing needs.
Supporting Future Development
The launch established a foundation for further website development.
In its launch announcement, Instaspace Modular identified visitor analytics, potential heat mapping and integration with its Pipedrive CRM as future priorities. These planned developments are separate from the features delivered at launch and would support further measurement, enquiry handling and marketing automation.
Client Feedback
“Despite the huge volume of work which I imposed on them in driving this project forward, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I was always met by everyone at 2Cubed with a proactive and happy attitude in carrying out the work for us, and the work was always done in a thoroughly professional manner.”
John Clancy, Head of Business Development, Instaspace Modular
The Result
Instaspace Modular now has a refreshed website with clearer navigation, a consistent visual design, greater visibility for its projects and improved enquiry functionality.
The website gives its team a platform for publishing new content and supports the company’s ambition to align its online presence with its wider marketing activities.
